  • Lost Packages: If your order is confirmed as lost by the shipping provider.
  • Undelivered Orders: When the order cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., returned to sender).

All such cases require thorough verification, including tracking details and proof of non-delivery.

3. Reshipment Policy

We offer a one-time reshipment of your order if it is lost or returned during shipping. Reshipment is subject to administrative approval and will not be offered in cases of:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Issues caused by local customs regulations.

If the second shipment also fails to arrive, no further reshipping or refunds will be processed.

4. Non-Returnable Products
